Also, the recent issue of Sherlock Holmes Mystery Magazine has another Minerva Story, “Minerva James and the Gods of Sleep and Death.” Here is a picture of the cover of that issue:
Both of these stories were submitted last year. It just so happens they’re being published within a month of one another.
Such is the vagary of publishing.
I encourage you to go to these websites and buy these issues. If they ask, tell them who you’re looking for.
I am still working on “The Goddess of the Hunt,” the Minerva Novel I will submit to my agent later this year. We’re hoping this one will take.
In the meantime, hope you’re enjoying your summer. I am going to Nashville for Killer Nashville conference at which my non-mystery manuscript, “Gloriana Rising,” has been nominated for a Claymore Award. Don’t get too impressed. This is the third straight year I’ve been nominated for this award and have not won yet.
Third time’s the charm? We’ll see.
